TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you make a booking in the Little Earth Directory, you enter into a contract with Little Earth Directory, part of Little Earth Tours Limited (registered office: 2 Haymount, The Hay, Milltown, Chesterfield, S45 0HB).
These booking conditions, together with the information set out on our web site at www.little-earth.co.uk form the basis of your contract.

1 BOOKING
You must complete a Booking Form and send this to us with payment in full.
A contract is made when we accept your Booking Form and send you our written Confirmation and Receipt of your payment. If we are unable to accept a booking any money paid will be refunded promptly. The contract is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

2 PAYMENT
Payment can be made by cheque (payable to Little Earth Directory) or credit card via our web site at www.little-earth.co.uk. There is no VAT or other taxes to be added to the advertised prices.

3 ALTERATIONS
If, after our Confirmation and Receipt have been issued, you wish to change your advertisement/entry in any way, please write to us. We will endeavour to make minor changes promptly. An administration charge of £25 could be made – you will be notified of any charges before alterations are made.

4 FEES AND SURCHARGES
We reserve the right to increase the advertised prices. Following receipt of your payment, the price of your advertisement/entry is guaranteed against increases, unless due to an increase in government levies. We will absorb an amount equivalent to 2% of any government levies before implementing a surcharge.

5 CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your booking you must send us written notice. Your advertisement/entries will be removed from the Directory. No refunds will be given.

6 ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The information on the Little Earth Directory web site and other sites linked to from this site is the sole responsibility of the organisations appearing on the Little Earth Directory web site. Little Earth Directory does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of this information and any use made thereof. Little Earth Directory are not liable for any inaccuracies or misleading statements made by organisations appearing on the Little Earth Directory web site.

7 CONSUMER PROTECTION
You must ensure your advertisements/entries:

• are legal, decent, honest and truthful
• have documentary evidence to prove all claims
• comply with the law and do not incite anyone to break it
• do not cause serious or widespread offence
• do not mislead by inaccuracy, ambiguity or exaggeration
• do not condone or encourage unsafe practices
• do not include fictitious testimonials presented as genuine

You should work within the United Kingdom’s Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) codes of practice, available from www.asa.org.uk/asa/codes or

8 OUR RESPONSIBILITY
The Little Earth Directory aims to provide an efficient means of communicating to English language speaking people throughout the world.
Little Earth Directory/Little Earth Tours Ltd accept liability for claims for proven negligence or omissions by our staff, suppliers and agents whilst acting within the course or scope of their employment or contract. We cannot accept liability in the following circumstances:

• If the failure or improper performance is your fault.
• If the failure is the fault of someone else not connected with the provision of the services we confirmed with you.

• Any unforeseeable or unusual circumstances or event beyond our control or the control of our suppliers.
Please note that in any event, any compensation payable for claims against us will not exceed twice the cost of your booking fee.

9 COMPLAINTS
Little Earth Directory/Little Earth Tours Ltd aims to provide you with the
best possible service but, if a problem should arise, please inform us immediately.
